This Terms of Use & Service Conditions agreement (“Agreement”) applies to your access and use of www.theflashphotobar.com, which is owned and operated by The Flash Photo Bar (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing the Website, submitting a booking inquiry, signing a service agreement, or purchasing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you should not use the Website.

The Flash Photo Bar provides professional Photo Booth and event entertainment services for weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, and similar gatherings. Services may include on-site photo booth operation, prints, digital image delivery, backdrops, props, and optional enhancements.

The Website allows users to review services, request quotes, submit event information, and complete bookings.

Event Booking, Payments, & Cancellations

• A 50% retainer of the total service cost is required to reserve an event date. This retainer is non-refundable.

• The remaining balance must be paid according to the schedule outlined in the service agreement.

• Requests to modify the event date, time, or venue must be submitted in writing no less than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled event and are subject to availability and approval.

• If an alternate date or location is unavailable, all payments made shall be forfeited.

• Events canceled within thirty (30) days of the event date will result in loss of all fees paid.

• Retainers are not transferable unless expressly approved in writing.

Image Rights & Promotional Use

By retaining The Flash Photo Bar, the Client understands and agrees that:

• Event photography and photo booth images may capture guests and participants.

• The Flash Photo Bar maintains ownership of all images created during the event.

• Images may be displayed for portfolio, website, advertising, and social media purposes.

• Requests to restrict promotional use must be submitted in writing prior to the event date.

Images are used tastefully and professionally. The Flash Photo Bar does not license event images for unrelated commercial use.

Third-Party Providers & External Links

The Website may reference or link to third-party platforms or services. The Flash Photo Bar is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of third-party providers.

Certain services—including payment processing or digital gallery hosting—may be fulfilled through third-party vendors. Necessary information may be shared solely to perform contracted services.

All disputes must be brought individually. Collective, class, or representative actions are not permitted.

Warranty Disclaimer
